Wells Fargo has a no fee program you can go in and lower your interest rate to 5% if you have decent credit.
They do require that you pay for your credit report $15 and then a $500 deposit that you get back after the paperwork is complete. You can use a credit card that will be credited at the end of the deal.
Nows a great time to refinance your home loan and save some out of pocket money on your monthly payment! Or maybe switch to a 15 year term rather than 30.
